At TheGuideliner, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly with as little hassle as possible. Please read the details below to understand how shipping and deliveries work.

We ship from our facility in Sydney, Australia, with shipping times and rates calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain amount, just check your cart to see when you qualify!

Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours during weekdays, but please allow up to 3 business days during busy periods or if ordering over the weekend.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We ship all orders from our facility in Sydney, Australia using Australia Post then gets passed onto your third party courier. Estimated delivery windows are:

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–15+ business days, depending on destination

Please note: Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to delays outside our control, including customs, political events, weather events, or peak periods. 

For US orders: All relevant declarations have been filled out. In the rare case that your order has been stuck on "International arrival - awaiting clearance" for a while then this means it's with United States Customs and Border Protection. Foreign customs matters are pursuant to laws and regulations between the addressee and their government and unfortunately has nothing to do with us. We will always help the best we can but you will need to contact them directly here

For UK orders: We are trying our best to ensure all duties have been paid. If you have any issues with this please email us at customercare@theguideliner.com and we will sort this for you.

Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, we offer, and recommend, optional shipping protection at checkout. If you purchase this and your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we’ll assist you with a replacement. You may be asked to provide proof to process a claim.

If shipping protection is not selected, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for issues that occur after your parcel leaves our facility. If your parcel is lost (confirmed by the courier), theft, or damage (the product is unusable) then we will replace and resend your entire order for free.

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, but please allow extra time during sales, launches, or holiday periods. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed, and any delays or redelivery fees due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to ship fast and efficiently, delays can happen. TheGuideliner is not liable for delivery issues caused by postal carriers, customs, or unexpected disruptions.
