Which Guideliner™ size should I choose?

If you prefer a subtle, everyday style, the Skinni might be your best bet. For a classic wing that's not too bold or too fine, the Middi is perfect. And if you're all about making a statement with a bold, dramatic wing, then the Thicci is the way to go. Remember, the Guideliners™ can act as guides, so feel free to trim with the Scissors or make bolder/longer with your favourite eyeliner!

How do I cancel my order?

Please email customercare@theguideliner.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel and refund your order as long as it has not been dispatched.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away. Just send over a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you get a replacement or another solution that works best for you. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so we're here to make things right.
