What's the difference between the Classic Collection and the Blade Collection?

The Classic Collection is our cat eye look with a subtle flick lift.

The Blade Collection is our sharp and straight look.

Don't forget, you can customise any of our Guideliners™ by trimming them or you can extend your flick by following your Guideliner™ with your favourite eyeliner!

If you use up your Guideliners™ while practicing, or if they aren't top quality we’ll gladly replace your entire set (30 Guideliners™).

What are the Guideliners™ made out of?

Our Guideliners™ are made with 100% organic, vegan soy-based pigments. See here for a full ingredient list.

How long will one set of Guideliners™ last me?

Each GuideMe Kit™ and Guideliner™ refill includes 30 sets of Guideliners™, giving you up to a 3-month supply if worn daily (each lasts up to 3 days, everyone's skin is different!). With an infinite shelf life, our Guideliners™ never lose pigment, dry out, or harbor bacteria—store them in their tub, and they’ll last as long as you need!

The tip of my Guideliner has come off, what can I do?

If the tip of your Guideliner comes off, it could be due to a few factors:

Start with a clean, dry eyelid to help the Guideliner adhere properly.
Fully saturate the Guideliner until the backing naturally wants to fall away. Don't drag or pull the Guideliner during application.

That said, while the Guideliner's™ can absolutely be used as it is, it was originally designed as a guide to help you create perfect, symmetrical wings without the stress of fully freehand drawing them.

If the tip does come off, you can still use it by:

Tracing around it with your favorite liquid eyeliner, or
Simply dotting over the missing section with the tip of your liquid liner to complete the look.
