At TheGuideliner, we’re dedicated to ensuring that you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.
Here’s our returns policy, tailored for your satisfaction:
Quality Assurance: If you encounter any quality issues with your purchase, please inform us immediately. We request you to provide images or videos clearly showing the problem, along with a detailed description and your order number, within a week of receiving your order. In the event of a confirmed issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Refunds or credits are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Returns: While we can't offer refunds for TheGuideliners due to hygiene reasons, we understand the importance of satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not fully happy, you can keep TheGuideliners, and we will issue store credit for your purchase. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to receive store credit. To be eligible for a refund of other items in The GuideMe Kit, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are only eligible for store credit upon return.
How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team with your order details at customercare@theguideliner.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions on how to proceed.
