Which Guideliner Collection would suit me best?

We asked a makeup artist to reccomend which Guideliner would suit which eye shape! Here's what they said:

How long will one set of Guideliners™ last me?

Each GuideMe Kit™ and Guideliner™ refill includes 30 sets of Guideliners™, giving you up to a 3-month supply if worn daily (each lasts up to 3 days, everyone's skin is different!). With an infinite shelf life, our Guideliners™ never lose pigment, dry out, or harbor bacteria—store them in their tub, and they’ll last as long as you need!

The tip of my Guideliner has come off, what can I do?

If the tip of your Guideliner comes off, it could be due to a few factors:

Start with a clean, dry eyelid to help the Guideliner adhere properly.
Fully saturate the Guideliner until the backing naturally wants to fall away. Don't drag or pull the Guideliner during application.

That said, while the Guideliner's™ can absolutely be used as it is, it was originally designed as a guide to help you create perfect, symmetrical wings without the stress of fully freehand drawing them.

If the tip does come off, you can still use it by:

Tracing around it with your favorite liquid eyeliner, or
Simply dotting over the missing section with the tip of your liquid liner to complete the look.

Remember, every GuideMe Kit™ comes with free practice Guideliners to help you get comfortable and find the technique that works best for you!

My Guideliners are cracking or splitting, is this normal?

Yes! Guideliners™ are designed to stay exactly where you place them, so they don’t stretch with your eyelid as it moves. When you blink or smile, small cracks can appear, but don’t worry. Just take your favourite eyeliner and lightly fill them in. It’s all part of the process and easier than freehanding both wings from scratch. See here for more tips.

My wing looks a bit off, what went wrong?

It usually comes down to placement. Make sure you’re using the correct Guideliner™ on the correct eye (they’re marked L and R), sticky side down. Placing it too far in can cause the flick to disappear into your lid fold, and too far out can throw off the shape. Small adjustments make a big difference. Why isn’t my Guideliner sticking properly?

For best results, apply your Guideliners™ to clean, dry skin. Avoid applying them over makeup, primer, or oil. If the backing is lifting or the strip tears mid-application, it likely just needs more water. Fully saturate the applicator and gently dab until the pink backing slides off easily. Don’t drag or peel too early, let the water do the work! See here for more tips
